On a Tuesday at Costa Palmas, the Four Seasons lists two dinner options, Mozza Baja at Marina Village and the single seating at Zest. The omakase at El Puesto and the long lunches at Delphine run Wednesday through Sunday. Amanvari opened in August 2026, and its schedule fills that gap. Its three restaurants run on overlapping schedules, so two of them serve dinner every night. The two nights where that matters most are the two the Four Seasons leaves quietest.
Amanvari's dining page posts a schedule that looks scattered until you set it out as a week. Arva, the Italian room, serves dinner Friday through Tuesday from 5 to 10 pm. Sesui, the Japanese restaurant, serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday on the same hours. Luma, the shoreline restaurant built around Mexican coastal cooking and open fire, serves dinner Monday through Thursday, also 5 to 10 pm.
Put those three side by side and no night has only one option, and no night has all three. Each restaurant takes its days off when the other two are working. The Lounge Bar runs 5 pm to midnight and fills in around all of them.
Here is the full week across both resorts, using the posted dinner hours:
Night | Amanvari dinner | Four Seasons dinner |
|---|---|---|
Monday | Arva, Luma | Mozza Baja, Zest |
Tuesday | Arva, Luma | Mozza Baja, Zest |
Wednesday | Sesui, Luma | Mozza Baja, Zest, El Puesto omakase |
Thursday | Sesui, Luma | Mozza Baja, Zest, El Puesto omakase |
Friday | Arva, Sesui | Mozza Baja, Zest, El Puesto omakase |
Saturday | Arva, Sesui | Mozza Baja, Zest, El Puesto omakase |
Sunday | Arva, Sesui | Mozza Baja, Zest, El Puesto omakase |
Casa de Brasa also lists dinner from 6 to 10 pm, but its page doesn't say which days, so it's left out of the grid.
On the Four Seasons side, the start of the week is where the schedule thins. El Puesto serves lunch daily from 11 am to 5 pm, but its omakase seatings run only Wednesday through Sunday. Delphine, Ludo Lefebvre's day club on the sand, keeps the same Wednesday-to-Sunday pattern. That leaves Mozza Baja and Zest as the posted Monday and Tuesday dinners at the Four Seasons.
Zest is a particular kind of booking. It lists one seating each day at 7 pm, for a single reservation of up to 12 people. That works for a family birthday or a group of neighbors. A couple deciding where to eat that afternoon is in a different position.
Amanvari puts both Arva and Luma on exactly those two nights. So a Monday at Costa Palmas now offers wood-fired pizza and Nancy Silverton's menu at Mozza Baja, Italian at Arva, and fire-cooked coastal Mexican at Luma, with the Lounge Bar open until midnight. According to Breaking Travel News, Amanvari describes Arva as Italian cooking built on seasonal ingredients and "shared around the convivial table," and says Luma draws on "Mexican coastal traditions and elemental, open-fire cooking."
Amanvari's restaurants come under one culinary lead. A SmartFlyer review names Daniel Camacho as executive chef across the dining program.
From midweek on, the two resorts run parallel instead of filling each other's gaps, and the clearest overlap is raw fish.
Sesui has a 10-seat omakase counter alongside a small dining room where dishes are ordered à la carte, as Breaking Travel News reported at the opening. El Puesto's evening omakase is a 10-course, 90-minute sequence served at the counter, combining local and Japanese seafood, with seatings at 6 and 8 pm. Both counters serve Wednesday through Sunday. Neither serves Monday or Tuesday.
A community of this size now has two intimate omakase counters on identical nights, and both go dark on the same two evenings. A household that wants to try both can't use the early week to spread them out. Sesui's à-la-carte room gives a second way in when the counter is full, and El Puesto's daily lunch gives its kitchen a daytime slot that Sesui's posted hours don't include.
Friday through Sunday is the busiest stretch on paper. Arva and Sesui at Amanvari, plus Mozza Baja, Zest and El Puesto's two seatings at the Four Seasons, add up to five posted dinner options inside the gates. Delphine adds the afternoon before them.
Dinner gets most of the attention, but the daytime schedules shape the week too.
The weekend pattern holds in daylight too. Mozza Pronto closes on Saturday and Sunday, and that's when Delphine is open. Monday and Tuesday lunch falls to Luma, The Pool, El Puesto and Mozza Pronto.
Mozza Baja itself was closed from September 2 through October 6 and reopened October 7. It now serves dinner every night from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. The kitchen closes at 9:30 and the bar takes last call at 10:30. Of all the Four Seasons dinners, it's the one the schedule never takes away.
La Carrera, the Costa Palmas golf and social weekend, runs Thursday, November 5 through Sunday, November 8, 2026, and its posted social program books several of the venues in this post.
The published itinerary includes:
Friday the 6th is the day to plan around. Both Delphine's afternoon and Mozza's evening are part of the event program. The organizers say the social schedule is open to every guest, whether they golf or not. They list a social package at $1,250 per person plus tax and a golf package at $2,500 per person plus tax. Members register their whole party, guests included, and anyone attending on their own registers separately. The same morning, two-time world champion Neilly Ross is coaching wake surf at the Beach House from 8 to 11 am. Each hour takes four riders, and reservations go through [email protected].
On that Friday, Amanvari's Arva and Sesui, El Puesto's omakase and Zest's single table are the posted dinners outside the event.
The Costa Palmas Yacht Club, with its planned Marina Grill and Captain's Bar, is still described on the community's site as something that "will be." For now, it isn't part of anyone's weekly rotation.
At Be In Cabo, we follow these schedules because they're part of what owning at Costa Palmas looks like week to week, from where the water taxi runs to which night the omakase counter is dark.
