Overview

Villa Aurora is a quiet exploration of proportion, light, and horizon. Perched in Pedregal Heights at the highest point of in all of Los Cabos, the terrain opens to sweeping views of ocean, mountains, city and the marina below, the setting feels expansive yet grounded in its natural surroundings. The newly built residence is named for the remarkable sunrises that define its orientation. There is no comparable place to watch a Cabo sunrise as the mountain silhouette is slowly revealed beneath the pastel sky, followed by an explosion of color as the sun rises above the water.
The architecture balances openness with restraint. Throughout the home, sight lines are carefully composed, allowing sky and sea to remain a constant presence.
