Have you ever thought about having that getaway where the noise fades away, yet you still feel right at home?

Not long ago, my husband and I were looking for exactly that. We wanted a little piece of land to build our family vacation cabin. We were looking for a place to escape the traffic, where we could listen to the ocean and give our son a space full of genuine peace.

That's how we found Pozo de Cota, just on the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas. We fell so much in love with the place that we bought a couple of lots there. A client of ours, catching the same vision, bought the lot next door. However, his plans changed, he won't be able to build his cabin, and he has decided to pass it on to the right hands.
