Zoreli Verónica Canelón was born in Maracay, Venezuela. She graduated in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Guárico. At the age of 21, she migrated to Mexico City in search of opportunities, as the unfavorable situation in Venezuela did not offer her professional and economic growth as an engineer.
With great enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, success, and a desire to help her family and friends, she decided to start her career as a real estate agent in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. After three years in the real estate industry, she co-founded be In Cabo, which not only assists buyers, sellers, and real estate investors but also provides valuable information about life in Los Cabos.
Born into a humble family, and in a city with limited resources, she is motivated to help everyone around her, especially children living in unfavorable economic conditions and family neglect.
Being part of the ‘Sell a Home, Save a Child’ foundation allows her to use part of her company’s success to simultaneously help more people and provide hope and opportunities to children facing difficult conditions. For her, it is a commitment, a way of giving back what life has given her.
Troy Daniels was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida and, along with his business partner, Zoreli Verónica Canelón, they created Be In Cabo, a full-service real estate brokerage in Los Cabos. Troy began his real estate career in 2014, when he co-founded First Authority Realty in Folsom, California. After retiring from a 35-year career as an air traffic controller, he achieved his life-long goal of “retiring” in Mexico and moved to Cabo San Lucas during the pandemic in the Spring of 2020. With his passion for helping others and strong leadership skills, he once again started building a team of real estate agents, this time in Mexico.
His passion for helping others is also what led him to sponsor a child in Kenya since 2006. “Being able to help someone on another continent and corresponding with them on a regular basis was extremely rewarding yet humbling at the same time.”
