“My day starts very early. I woke up today at 4:50 a.m., though my alarm was set for 5:07 a.m.. Before anything else, I went to the gym and caught up on the real estate market.
By 10:00 a.m., I was at P&B Coffee at Koral Center, grabbing a cappuccino and making some calls to clients. I had one successful call where we decided to put a property on the MLS to be more competitive with the developer, which is a great bonus for my client.
Around noon, I headed to an early open house. By 1:00 p.m., I was showing this incredible $17.9 million oceanfront property in Pedregal. It’s really for investors or a very large family or group of friends. The location is stunning, with direct access to the ocean. Inside, it has a game room, a beautiful pool with an ocean view, and a master suite that is just amazing—it has a small wine fridge, a jacuzzi, a huge closet, and curtains you can open to a breathtaking view of the ocean. If you’re lucky during whale season, you can see them jumping! The rooftop is perfect for hosting a big party with that same amazing view.
At 2:00 p.m., I was starving, so I stopped for lunch. I went to one of my favorite places, Manta Flow, which I think has the best tacos ever. I don’t eat there every day, but whenever I’m nearby, I can’t resist their fish, carnitas, and shrimp tacos. I highly recommend them; all the food there is amazing and has five-star recommendations.
I got to my office around 3:00 p.m. to get ready for action. My afternoon was filled with making follow-up calls to clients, looking for new business, and confirming appointments for the next day. I have a showing in San Jose tomorrow that I needed to confirm. You heard one of my calls to a client who is currently renting; he’s not ready to buy his own house just yet, so I let him know I’ll reach out every three months to check in.
Finally, at 8:00 p.m., it was time for a lovely Christmas dinner with my beautiful team. It was wonderful to enjoy the evening with them. I got home around 11:00 p.m., completely tired and ready for bed.
So that’s a glimpse into my life! From a 4:50 a.m. wake-up call to the gym, an open house, client calls, and a team dinner, it was a full day. Every day is totally different, but this is a pretty regular day for a realtor here in Los Cabos. I hope you enjoyed following along!”.
