Meet Troy Daniels

Troy Daniels is the co-founder and broker of Be In Cabo, a full-service real estate brokerage dedicated to helping clients discover, invest in, and live their dream lifestyle in Los Cabos. Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Troy brings over a decade of real estate expertise, beginning in 2014 when he co-founded First Authority Realty in Northern California.

Before diving full-time into luxury real estate, Troy spent 35 years as an air traffic controller—a career built on high-stakes precision, decisive leadership, and calm under pressure. In the spring of 2020, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by moving to Cabo San Lucas. Alongside his business partner, Zoreli Verónica Canelón, he channeled his passion for mentorship and community to build a premier team of real estate professionals serving the Los Cabos region.

Grounded in a core value of service, Troy believes great business should extend far beyond real estate transactions. A longtime global philanthropist, he has sponsored a child in Kenya since 2006 and leads Be In Cabo’s partnership with Sell a Home, Save a Child—integrating giving into every client relationship to make both a local and global impact.

When he isn’t guiding clients through Cabo’s dynamic market, Troy enjoys sailing, fine dining, exercising, traveling, reading, and soaking in the vibrant coastal lifestyle he now calls home.
